This project involves the renovation and extension of a traditional chalet-style semi-detached house that had never been updated.

 

Typical of this style, the first-floor living space was much smaller than the ground floor, so we proposed to extend both the ground and first floors to create additional living space and bedrooms suitable for a growing family.

 

The staircase has been relocated to enlarge the entrance lobby and enhance the flow of the living areas, while a new double-height stairwell with a skylight brings in natural light and a sense of spaciousness.

The interior design has been tailored to reflect the client’s personal style, creating a contemporary, functional, and welcoming home that meets the family’s needs.
