Developing an initial idea and working out a concept for the design is one of the most important steps for every projects. We work very closely with clients to explore several different options. At the end of this stage you will have enough information to decide the way forward for the project.
Planning / Building Regulation //
Whether a small or large project, a good planning application realises the vision of the building and the reasons for arriving at the final design. We like to engage in early dialogue with local authorities to help identify and overcome any key issues.
Project Management //
We've seeing most of our projects all the way through to completion and one of our key roles is then administering a contract between you and the contractor. We can advise on the best procurement route and oversee the works onsite.
