Albany, Coombe Hill Road
This project involves the complete redevelopment of a tired and outdated detached property located within the prestigious Coombe Hill Conservation Area.

The proposal replaces the existing house with two finely designed detached homes, each carefully crafted to respect the character, scale, and architectural language of the surrounding area.

The new homes are arranged over four storeys, including a semi-basement level that opens directly onto the rear garden. The ground floor features a raised patio extending seamlessly from the kitchen and dining space, creating a strong indoor–outdoor connection and enhancing everyday family living.

Our design approach was informed by an in-depth study of the local context and neighbouring properties to ensure the scheme integrates sensitively within the conservation setting. As a result, we successfully secured full planning permission, including Conservation area consent.

We are now progressing to the next phase of the design development.
