This project sought to fully refurbish and remodel the four bedroom detached house in a conservation area, New Malden. The renovation involved the ground floor rear extension to enlarge kitchen and dining area. Also we reconfigured the layout of ground floor to introduce better solutions for circulation and zoning.

The period elements of the building such as cornices, balustrade and timber mouldings are retained and refurbished. This helps create a perfect balance between the traditional building and the contemporary intervention, and results in a family home with the best of the old and the best of the new.
