We successfully secured planning permission for a full-width two-storey side extension and a 5-metre rear ground floor extension as part of a complete renovation of this semi-detached house.

Securing permission for the two-storey full-width side extension was challenging, but the proposal was justified through extensive local area research and a study of planning precedents.

Construction has now commenced, and the project is underway.
