We are currently preparing a planning stage design for a new build project in Queen's Road, Kingston Upon Thames. The proposal is to demolish the existing two storey house which is in a poor condition and build a new three storey 4 bedroom house using sustainable & cutting edge construction methods. Also as the site is located within 'Liverpool Road' conservation area, finishing materials, a scale and a proportion of new house will be designed to balance with neighbouring properties and enhance the current streetscape.
