Mole Valley District Council has approved the full planning permission for The Walled garden in Westcott, Dorking. The proposal is to create two dormer extensions to improve the third bedroom and the master en-suite. As the house is located within 'Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty', we've been closely worked with the local planner to maintain the character of existing house.
