Planning permission has been granted for an erection of single storey extension for the detached house in Carshalton Road, Banstead.

The property is listed as a 'Building of Townscape Merit' that has many interesting architectural features and details. The design brief was to build a small extension however we have carefully studied the original house’s architectural proportions and details and adopted them into new extension to keep a balance between ‘old’ and ‘new’.
