The planning permission has been granted by Kingston council for the end terraced house in Sycamore grove, New Malden. The proposal is to build a partial two storey rear extension to create an extra bedroom and a family bathroom with a ground floor side return rear extension to provide an open plan kitchen and a downstair toilet.
