Loft Conversion, Sherbrooke Way, KT4

This project involves a loft conversion to create an additional bedroom and en-suite in a property within the Hampton Estate, Worcester Park.

Due to planning restrictions in the estate, a rear dormer was not feasible. Instead, the design carefully maximises the existing loft headroom and incorporates Velux roof windows to provide natural light to both the new loft space and the first-floor landing.

Planning permission has now been granted, and the project is moving into the construction phase.
