This residential renovation includes a two-storey side extension and a 5-metre rear extension. The staircase was moved to the side extension to create a larger entrance lobby and landing areas.

A bespoke staircase runs to the top floor, and a roof light on the second floor brings natural light down to the ground floor, creating a triple-height space.

The project also features a new kitchen connected to the utility room and a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and sauna.
