Near Completion

The house conversion project on Claremont Avenue, KT3, is near completion.

The brief was to convert a single house into two separate homes, incorporating a loft conversion and 5-meter ground floor rear extensions.

The final interior fittings, such as the kitchen and built-in wardrobes, are in progress. Our goal is to create a sense of spaciousness by introducing vertically open spaces using rooflights and triple-height stairwells.
