Planning Permission Granted

We have successfully received planning permission for the erection of two detached houses on Coombe Hill Road, located in one of the most sought-after residential street within the Coombe Hill Conservation Area.

The brief was to build eco-friendly and sustainable homes with a strong focus on energy efficiency and a net-zero approach. Each house will feature four storeys of living space, including a cantilevered patio overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden.
